What we store

For you: your name, business name, email, and phone number. For your customers: the number that rang you, the time of the call, and the text messages exchanged. That's it. No addresses we haven't been sent, no payment details of theirs, no tracking of them around the internet.

Why we store it

Purely to send the text back on your behalf and show you what happened in your dashboard. We're the data processor; you're the controller of your customers' details.

Where it lives

On secure servers in the UK/EU, encrypted in transit and at rest. Only a small number of our team can access it, and only to fix a problem you've told us about.

Who else sees it

Nobody, other than the telecoms provider that physically delivers the text message. We don't sell data, we don't share it with advertisers, and we don't use your customers' numbers for anything but replying to them.

How long we keep it

Message history stays for 12 months so you can look back at a job, then it's deleted automatically. Close your account and we remove everything within 30 days.

Your rights (the GDPR bit)

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we'll sort it within a month, free of charge. Email privacy@freedomservices.co.uk. If we ever get it wrong, you can complain to the ICO.
