Booking and Scheduling

Appointment Confirmation: All appointments must be confirmed by the client at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to confirm may result in the cancellation of the appointment.

Rescheduling/Cancellations: We understand that schedules may change. Please notify us of any changes to your appointment at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

Scope of Work: Our Staff services are based on the agreed-upon scope of work outlined during the booking process. Any additional requests must be communicated and agreed upon in advance.

Access: Clients must provide access to the premises at the scheduled appointment time. If access is not granted, a cancellation fee may apply.

Supplies and Equipment: We provide our own cleaning supplies and equipment unless otherwise arranged. If you have specific preferences or requirements, please inform us in advance.

- Help Freedom Team To ensure our cleaners can deliver their best service, we kindly request that all clients ensure a fully heated water tank and activated boiler are available. Your cooperation in maintaining these conditions is greatly appreciated, enabling us to provide you with exceptional cleaning results.

Client Policy for Army March Out Cleaning
1. Presence at Property:
• Clients are required to be present at the property at both the start and the completion of the cleaning process. This ensures that all specific needs and expectations are communicated clearly, and that the final outcome meets your standards.
2. Limited Guarantee:
• Please note that our service guarantee is valid for a period of 48 hours following the completion of the cleaning. We cannot assure the condition of the property beyond this timeframe.
3. Final Walk-Through:
• A final walk-through of the property is mandatory upon the conclusion of the cleaning service. This allows you to inspect the work completed and address any concerns directly with our Freedom staff before they depart.
4. Disclosure of Pets:
• If there are pets in your army house, it is essential to inform us prior to the cleaning. This enables our staff to cater to the specific cleaning needs that arise from having pets in the home.
5. Additional Rooms and Costs:
• You must disclose the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, and utility rooms in the property. Please be aware that cleaning these areas may incur additional costs, and accurate information is necessary to provide a comprehensive service.

Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of the cleaning service unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept bank tranfer or cash

Late Payment: A late payment fee may be applied to invoices that are not paid within 14 days of the service date.
